So I did the P90X this morning...it kicked my tushy. I did the chest/shoulders/triceps workout. My shoulders were totally burning when I was finished. I was disappointed that I couldn't do all of the last few sets of pushups...I know it was my first time, but still, I like perfection! ( : I am excited to continue with the program. And I think it will continue to kick my hiny!
