The other day I was having a hard time getting out the door and my little runner girl asked if she could come too. How could I say no? So, she and I asked Daddy (the non runner) to come with us and to my shock and surprise he said yes! I got to push the stroller since I am "the runner" and it was actually great, the elevation here makes running a bit easier.
This morning she wanted to come with me again. We ran three miles together and then I ran another two on my own and did stairs. But during our run we found THE hill of hills. Ooh, I am so excited! I love hills and I WILL conquer this one!

Fantastic! She is super adorable. I used to run with my first child in the running stroller quite a bit - he loved it. It got much harder after kid #2 but still worth a fun famiy run from time to time! Sounds like a great way to spend a day!
What a beautiful running partner! That's great to have the extra kick in the rear to get out the door, no matter how small :)
great post, and what a great way to introduce her to the world of running....
What a great family activity!
BTW, I am uber jealous that you're on the BEACH right now!
I love hills too. There is something about making it to the top and knowing you did your best.
My little girl has that same swim suit. She looks so cute and happy playing in the sand.
What a cutie! Sounds like she LOVES sharing runs with her mommy-- what a great start.
That's adorable!! Pretty soon she'll be running along side of you.
My son LOVES to ride in the running stroller. It has been a while since he has been able to join due to the cold weather though.
Awww... she is so cute! My four year old begs to come with me when I run, except he expects to actually RUN (he's never been a fan of any stroller). One of these days, I'll have to let him go with me just for fun!
Enjoy!
What a cute picture! I ran with my little girl in the running stroller a lot last summer and can't wait until it's warm enough to do it again.
Wow! I hope when my baby girl can run she will want to come with me too
that is so cute :) what a great example you are setting!!
Your new running partner is adorable!!
She's so beautiful. I wish my two-year old liked to ride in the jogger! Jogger + major hill = great workout!
AHHH, she's adorable. I used to run all the time with my daughter when she was an infant, but pushing her as a three year old has been scaring me a bit. I just put her in the stroller the other day and it went perfect.
