WOW!

This chick is tough! Check out this workout...Zuzana is my new hero!

You can find more of Zuzana's workouts at BodyRockTV. She is awesome!

This week has been great so far. Yesterday and today, I dawned my Mickey Mouse cap and my rain slicker, well, my husband's biking jacket, and went for a drizzly run. 2 years ago I would have never gone out in the rain...Now, I welcome it. I like the way the world feels when it is rainy. The smells are stronger, and it just feels fresh.

I went to sign up for the Ogden marathon...SOLD OUT! Ugh! When I ran it several years ago, I just signed up a few weeks in advance, who knew it was so popular. So, I am a little bummed. I am still working toward the 40 by 40, and I do have a glimmer of hope...I will keep you posted.

Have a great week everyone!

Thanks for the amusing comment on my blog. I love "rain runs" myself. The rain cools you off, and everything smells so "earthy!" Bummer about not being able to sign up for the race.

OMG, that video was crazy, she is freakishly strong! I've never seen those workouts before. I was sorry to hear about the Ogden marathon, it seems like each and every race is filling up so quickly!

I love running in the rain too...and fog! There's something very refreshing about rain.

That 550 workout is nuts!

Wow. That's pretty damn impressive. And no equipment needed, just body weight and movement.

Ogden sold out in November, FYI :P. Gotta be quick on the draw. Have you looked at the Utah Valley marathon in June? Looks like a good course, and I've heard good things about the people who run it.
